Lu Faragher
Meet The Founder
I’m Lu Faragher, the founder of Glow Forward CIC, and I’m passionate about helping women rebuild their confidence and rediscover their self-worth. With a background in makeup artistry, personal styling, and seasonal colour analysis, I’ve seen firsthand how small changes on the outside can spark powerful transformations on the inside.
I also bring years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment and CV writing — skills I now use to help other women take real, practical steps toward employment or new opportunities. With a degree in Graphic Design and recruitment advertising experience, I love helping others creatively express their goals, whether that’s through vision boards, journaling, or career planning.
I work closely with other trusted professionals to make sure every workshop offers expert guidance, encouragement, and heart. My goal is always the same: to create a safe, inspiring space where women feel seen, supported, and ready to glow forward.
